Episode 118: Generate More Leads With Facebook Sponsored Posts

Summary:

Sponsored story ads are a powerful way to engage and inspire your audience. Stories often get the best results, the best responses. Stories sell, facts tell. Everyone has a story. When it’s done right it will connect your audience with your story and make them want to learn more. A good story starts by thinking about the WHO you are talking to. If you want to learn how tell a good story this episode is for you!

A good story starts by thinking about the WHO you are talking to. Next figure out the thing you want them to do. I.e The action you want them to take. Story ads will be longer than normal Facebook ad so so you need to be able to keep them reading. Keep them engaged… Make your story relate to them specifically.

Summary:

Earlier this week we interviewed Ian Ryan, the host of the Fearless and Healthy Podcast and today we break down that interview question by question and share our insights. Ian alluded that his journey wasn’t all rainbows and butterflies. There were bumps and bruises along the way. But he realized that all of his failures eventually lead to successes along the way. We had a ton of insights in this interview. Check them out.

Episode 120: How To Run Your First Email Promotion To A “Cold” List

Summary:

Liz asked: “I have a retail store, where I sell a unique product. I also have the capability to sell this product online. Ever since the beginning I’ve been collecting peoples email addresses when they come into my store. I’ve got quite a few now. When they gave me their email address, they checked a box to get “email specials” from me, but I’ve never emailed them anything. My question is, how should I go about running my first email promotion when I’ve never really emailed them before? What’s the best strategy here?”

Main Takeaway:

In this episode we talked about sending an email to a cold list and how to approach it. This example was specifically for retail but it goes both ways. If you want to engage with email audience but maybe they’ve been stagnant for a while then you definitely want to get back in there. We go into specifics into how to re-engage them. Main takeaway: give your readers a good REASON to open.

Episode 121: How To Generate More Leads From Your Free Content

Summary:

Brandon asked: “Like you, I’ve been consistently putting out content for the last few months. (2 times per week) From what my stats tell me, people are consuming the content (although not engaging) but they are not optin in. Very few are actually going into my funnels. So my question is, if you were in this exact situation, what would you do to get more people signing up?”

Main Takeaway:  

In this show we discuss how to generate more leads from your free content. A lot of people tell you ‘give lots of value, give lots of value’ but you also have to ensure there’s some reciprocation because you’re in a business. Content needs to lead you getting leads and making money. Listen in as how we provide marketing tips that help you generate more leads today. Takeaways: (1) It takes time. (2) Train your audience to engage. (3) give clear calls to action.
